Banana Bread
Ingredients

3 Ripe bananas
50gr Brown sugar
50gr White sugar
100gr Butter melted
100gr Greek yogurt
200gr Flour
14gr Baking powder
Chocolate chips, nuts... to taste




In a bowl mix sugar and eggs, add vanilla, mashed banana and greek yogurt
Add flour + baking powder and mix well
Add the melted butter
When everything is well mixed and the dough is homogeneous add you chocolate chips, nuts and additions of your choosing
Pour the dough in a bread loaf shape pan, you can decorate with a halved banana or more chocolate
In a preheated fan-oven to 180°C, put the pan and bake for around 40min (I say around as it depends on everyone's oven)
Let cool completely on a pastry rack before cutting and ENJOY !!!
